Abstract
Background: Diabetes Mellitus is a metabolic disorder whose main symptom is an increase in blood glucose levels beyond normal limits (hyperglycemia) caused by impaired insulin secretion or decreased insulin activity. This research was conducted to analyze the conservation policy of Ny. T with type 2 diabetes mellitus, including death assessment, death diagnosis, death intervention, death implementation and evacuation. Research Method: This research was conducted using a case study approach in housing maintenance for Mrs. T suffers from type 2 diabetes mellitus. Data collection was carried out by interview, observation and physical examination. Results: Diagnosis of bleeding that appeared in Mrs. T namely instability of blood glucose levels related to insulin resistance, Ineffective health management related to lack of exposure and Risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion related to hypertension. Bleeding interventions are carried out in accordance with the priority problems and outcomes of each diagnosis for 4x24 hours. Instability of blood glucose levels, ineffective health management and the risk of ineffective cerebral perfusion can be resolved. Conclusion: The bleeding care given to Mrs. T was appropriate and could be resolved.
