Abstract

Information technology dominates all daily life activities of the global community. Information technology continues to develop innovations in various fields, especially in the field of public transportation. One of its developments is Moovit, which provides facilities as a public transportation route information system. This research focuses on analyzing the user experience of the Moovit application using the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) method for data processing analysis and User Centered Design (UCD) for design development. This research was conducted by distributing questionnaires and conducting in-depth interviews with Moovit application users. The purpose of this research is to identify the user experience indicators of the Moovit application and improve these indicators. After data processing, benchmark results were obtained with values of Attractiveness 1.50 (increased to above average), Perspicuity 1.46 (increased to above average), Efficiency 1.61 (increased to good), Dependability 1.48 (increased to good), Stimulation 1.47 (increased to good), Novelty 1.44 (increased to good).
