Abstract

There has been a lot of response from the public regarding the controversial article of the RKUHP in 2022. One of the articles that received the most rejection from the public was the article regarding insulting the president/vice president and other state institutions. This article is considered by the public to threaten and limit people's opinion and expression and also has the potential to become a rubber article. With that, Mata Najwa uploaded a video with the idea of raising this issue using the hashtag #EverythingCanAchieve. With the video going viral on social media, it has had an impact on the younger generation to take part in raising and rejecting this article to be ratified.
