Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of system quality, information quality, and service features on accounting information system user satisfaction. The population of this research is e-commerce users such as Tokopedia, Lazada, and Shopee. This research used an accidental sampling technique and obtained 75 e-commerce users as respondents. This type of research is quantitative research. The hypothesis was tested using Stata 12 software with the random sampling method. The test results show that system quality and information quality have no effect on the quality of the information system. Meanwhile, service features have a significant positive effect on user satisfaction of accounting information systems.
