Abstract
Risk mitigation has an important role in financing in financial institutions or banking because it functions as a filter for business activities. In its implementation, the risk often faced by sharia financial institutions is financing risk, which occurs in the installment payment process from customers which is not smooth enough to experience traffic jams or the failure of customers to pay off their obligations according to the time limit. The aim of this research is to mitigate the risk of murabahah financing on BPRS Harta Insan Karimah Cibitung property products. This research is a type of qualitative research with descriptive analysis case study techniques. The data sources obtained are primary and secondary data. Primary data was obtained from the results of direct interview research with BPR Syariah Harta Insan Karimah Cibitung. Meanwhile, secondary data was obtained from company supporting documents and other sources. The results of the research found that BPRS Harta Insan Karimah Cibitung in mitigating property murabahah financing risks still has processes for identifying, measuring, monitoring and controlling financing risk mitigation that are not appropriate. So BPRS Harta Insan Karimah Cibitung in mitigating property murabahah financing risks needs to be reviewed so that the process of mitigating property murabahah financing risks can be controlled.
