Abstract
This research is a quantitative study which aims to determine and analyze the influence of firm complexity, board of directors and chief risk officer on enterprise risk management disclosures in energy sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during the 2018-2022 period. The sample in this research was 250 research samples using the purposive sampling method. This research uses panel data regression analysis using the E-views 12 tool. The results of this research show that (1) firm complexity has no effect on enterprise risk management disclosure, (2) the board of directors has no effect on enterprise risk management disclosure, (3) chief risk officer has a significant positive effect on enterprise risk management disclosure.
