Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of workload and job insecurity on turnover intention with work life balance as mediation among employees at PT X. The research employs a quantitative method with 100 employees from PT X as the sample. The study utilizes Structural Equation Model (SEM), and the data analysis process uses the SmartPLS 4.0 application as the measurement tool. The results of the tests reveal (1) there is an effect of workload on turnover intention, (2) there is an effect of job insecurity on turnover intention, (3) there is an effect of work life balance on turnover intention, (4) there is an effect of workload on turnover intention with work life balance as mediation, (5) there is an effect of job insecurity on turnover intention with work life balance as mediation.
