Abstract
This research is quantitative research which aims to determine and prove the influence of Rewards and work environment on work discipline with Employee Engagement as a mediating variable. The sample in this research was 40 employees of PT Aljazeerah. Data collected through a questionnaire distributed to all PT Aljazeerah employees using Google Form. Testing of the data in this study used the SmartPLS 3.0 test tool. The test results show that (1) Rewards have a positive and significant effect on work discipline, (2) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, (3) Rewards have a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement, (4) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Engagement, (5) Employee Engagement has a positive and significant effect on work discipline, (6) Rewards have a positive and significant effect on work discipline with Employee Engagement as a mediating variable, and (7) the work environment has a positive and significant effect on work discipline with Employee Engagement as a mediating variable.
