Abstract
Human resources are the most important resources for organizations because in human resources there is creativity, intelligence, and work-related activities. Therefore, employees need to receive good feedback from the company or organization. This research is a quantitative study that aims to determine the effect of Emotional Intelligence, Person-Job Fit, and Self Efficacy on Job Satisfaction. In this study using purposive sampling. So, the sample in this study were 55 employees of PT Adi Sarana Armada Tbk. Which is obtained from the calculation of the slovin formula. In this study, data collection by distributing questionnaires via google form links to employees. Researchers use data analysis techniques in the form of validity tests, reliability tests, and tests of the coefficient of determination or R-square, and statistical t tests,. Researchers used tools from SmartPLS 4.0 software, and a significance level of 5% (0.05). The results of the test obtained (1) there is a positive and significant effect of Emotional Intelligence on Job Satisfaction, (2) there is a positive and significant effect of Person-Job Fit on Job Satisfaction, (3) no effect of Self Efficacy with Job Satisfaction.
