Abstract
This research use a quantitative method which aims to determine the influence of financial literacy and digital payment systems on financial behavior with locus of control as a moderation variable. The sample in this research is students from the D3 Banking and Finance study program at UPN Veteran Jakarta Class 2021 - 2023. This sample selection used a random sampling, so the results obtained were 125 respondents. Data collection was carried out by distributing questionnaires created by Google Forms. Smart PLS 3 was used to process this research data along with a significant of 0.05 to test the hypothesis. The results obtained from this research are (1) Financial literacy has a significant effect on financial behavior (2) Digital payment system has no significant effect on financial behavior (3) Locus of control has a significant effect on financial behavior (4) Financial literacy has no significant effect on financial behavior with locus of control as a moderating variable (5) Digital payment system has a significant effect on financial behavior with locus of control as a moderating variable
