Abstract
The purpose of this quantitative research is to examine the effect of service facilities and financial performance on the market share of Islamic banks in Indonesia. The sample in this study is Islamic commercial banks registered with OJK from the first quarter of 2018 to the fourth quarter of 2022. In this study, the hypothesis was tested using Panel Data Regression Analysis with Stata software with a significance threshold of 5% (0.05). The results of this study are the variable number of service offices has a significant positive effect and BOPO has a significant negative effect on Islamic bank market share. While the variable number of ATMs, ROA, CAR, NPF, and FDR have no significant effect on the market share of Islamic banks. Through the results of this study, it is hoped that it can provide recommendations for increasing the market share value for Islamic banks and provide knowledge for the public about the market share of Islamic banks in Indonesia.
