Abstract

In this digital era, companies expect human resources not only to be intelligent but also to have relevant skills and capabilities. This research aims to examine the influence of internship experience, technological literacy, and digital literacy on work readiness. The research population consists of seventh-semester undergraduate accounting students at UPN Veteran Jakarta. This study uses a quantitative method with a population of seventh-semester undergraduate accounting students at UPN Veteran Jakarta, employing purposive random sampling as the sampling technique. The sample used in this study consists of 130 final-year accounting students as respondents. Hypotheses were tested using SmartPLS 3.0 software with the partial least square method. The results of this study indicate that internship experience and digital literacy have a significant positive influence on work readiness, while technological literacy does not have an impact on the work readiness of final-year accounting students.
