Abstract
This research is a quantitative study with the aim of knowing, analyzing, and proving the effect of timeliness, service quality, and price on customer satisfaction in J&T Express shipping services. The population in this study are customers of J&T Express delivery services via e-commerce who are domiciled in the South Jakarta area. The sample in this study used 100 respondents using a non-probability sampling method with a purposive sampling technique. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire via Google Forms. Test the hypothesis in this study using the partial least squares method using SmartPLS 4 software. The results of this study obtained (1) the variable Timeliness has a positive and significant effect on the variable Customer Satisfaction, (2) the variable Quality of Service has a positive and significant effect on the variable Customer Satisfaction, and (3) the price variable has a positive and significant effect on the customer satisfaction variable.
