Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of learning motivation, quality motivation, career motivation, and level of understanding on the results of the Accurate Online competency certification test. The population of this study were students majoring in Accounting who had taken the Accurate Online Competency Certification Test in 2022. This study used primary data using a questionnaire and obtained 107 students as respondents. This type of research is quantitative research. The research data were analyzed using multiple linear regression methods using a significance level of 5%. The results of the study show that the level of understanding has a significant and positive influence on the results of the Accurate Online competency certification test, career motivation has a significant and negative influence on the results of the Accurate Online competency certification test. Meanwhile, learning motivation, quality motivation, and career motivation have no influence on the results of the Accurate Online competency certification test.
