Abstract

The rapid development of technology and information makes the banking industry strive to keep abreast of existing developments so that the banking industry can provide the best service to its customers by utilizing digital banking services owned by almost all existing banks. Digital Banking can be said as a Commercial Bank or Conventional Bank that has digital services such as Internet Banking and Mobile Banking. The Digital Banking service consists of creating an account, to managing transactions through digital channels. But behind that, conventional banking still has physical service channels such as ATMs, and also has branches or cash offices, to meet the very diverse needs of customers. There is a difference between mobile banking and internet banking, namely internet banking must use the internet and go through the official website. Mobile banking must be through a mobile banking application download and accessed via a smartphone with an internet network. The purpose of writing this final project is to find out how digital banking can increase the number of Mobile Banking and Internet Banking transactions at Bank KBMI IV. The banks used are included in the KBMI IV bank, namely BCA Bank, BNI Bank, BRI Bank and Bank Mandiri data from the 2016-2021 bank annual reports which are grouped by KBMI IV. The result of the discussion of the writing of this final project is that digital Bank BRI shows that mobile banking and internet banking transactions in 2016-2021 experienced a reasonable increase and decrease due to competition between banks. In digital, BRI Bank shows the same thing, the number of mobile banking and internet banking transactions has increased significantly and has not decreased too much. Meanwhile, the number of mobile banking and internet banking transactions at Bank BCA always increases every year. Then, the number of transactions at Bank Mandiri experienced a significant increase and decrease.
