Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of perceived organizational support, employee involvement, and job satisfaction on organizational citizenship behavior. This research is a quantitative research with primary and secondary data sources. The object of this research is the employees of PT Algas Mitra Sejati with the sample used amounting to 36 respondents, with sampling technique saturatedThe application used for analysis uses SmartPLS 3.0. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and inferential analysis. Based on data processing through t-statistics on SmartPLS, it can be seen that perceived organizational support has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, with an original sample value of 0.363 and a significance value of 0.000. Employee engagement shows a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with an original sample value of 0.292 with a significance value of 0.035. Furthermore, job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior with an original sample value of 0.343 and a significance value of 0.041. The conclusions from the results of the study show, 1) the perception of organizational support has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, 2) employee involvement has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, 3) job satisfaction has a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, 4) perceptions of organizational support, employee involvement, and Job satisfaction has a simultaneous effect on organizational citizenship behavior.
