Abstract

This research model is quantitative research with the aim of knowing and proving the effect of Sales Promotion, Service Quality and Price on Purchase Decisions Case Study on Lazada E-Commerce Users in DKI Jakarta. This study uses the people of DKI Jakarta as a sample and the number of samples used is 100 respondents with the Non-Probability Sampling method with side purposive type. The data collection technique uses a questionnaire using the Google Form Platform. The test tool used is Partial Least Square (PLS) as a test tool. The tests used in this research are statistical T test, R test and Q test. The results of this study are Sales Promotion and Service Quality have a positive and significant influence on Purchase Decisions while Price has no and insignificant effect on Purchase Decisions on e-commerce Lazada..
