The COVID-19 pandemic has made various changes in every aspect, one of which is health workers. Nurses are health workers as the front line in handling COVID-19. The demands of jobs that require longer working hours are at risk of experiencing Work Family Conflict due to not being able to divide the two roles, so that it has a negative impact on low psychological well-being. Work Family Conflict behavior affects a person's coping strategies in solving problems. There are two types of coping strategies, namely problem-focused coping and emotion-focused coping or ego. The purpose of this study was to analyze the relationship between Work Family Conflict and coping strategies with Psychological Well-Being nurses during the COVID-19 Pandemic at Zahirah General Hospital, Jakarta. This study used a correlational analytical descriptive research design using a cross sectional approach and a total sampling technique with a total sample of 104 nurses. Collecting data using a questionnaire and analyzed using the Chi-Square Test. The conclusion of this study is that there is a relationship between Work Family Conflict and coping strategies with Psychological Well-Being in nurses.
