Abstract

Work discipline is an act of someone who is obedient and respectful and, obeys, and obeys all applicable regulations based on responsibility, so that in the end one's attitude is able to improve for the better. Nurse performance is the work achieved by nurses both in skills and quality and quantity in accordance with professional competence, rules and responsibilities that have been set. This study aims to analyze the relationship between work discipline and nurse performance. This study uses a quantitative research design with a descriptive correlation research method through a Cross Sectional statistical tests Chi Square and simple logistic regression with 95% CI using a Total Sampling as many as 67 nurses at RSUP Dr. Sitanala Tangerang. The results showed that there was a significant relationship between work discipline and nurse performance (P Value = 0.001; OR = 7.403). So it can be concluded that nurses with good work discipline have 7,403 times the chance to experience good nurse performance compared to nurses with poor work discipline. It is recommended for RSUP Dr. Sitanala Tangerang togive a high appreciation and recognition for performance nurses who have been applied with the opportunity for equal promotion to every nurse.
