Abstract
This study is a quantitative study aiming to determine the effect of work safety, occupational health and work discipline on the performance of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Ciracas employees. In this study, employees of PT PLN UP3 Ciracas were used as objects by using the saturated sample technique so that 65 respondents which were the total number of employees of PT PLN UP3 Ciracas were sampled in this study. The distribution of questionnaires is the method used for data collection in this study. The data analysis technique in this study used Partial Least Square (PLS). The test results obtained that (1) work safety has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Ciracas, (2) occupational health has a significant effect on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Ciracas, (3) work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance. PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Ciracas, (4) work safety, occupational health, work discipline have a significant effect together on the performance of employees of PT PLN (Persero) UP3 Ciracas.
