Abstract
The era of digitalization forces people to be technology literate, especially digital payment technology. In Indonesia, digital payments have developed, especially during the Covid-19 pandemic which requires people to minimize the use of cash, this is done because cash is one of the media for the spread of COVID-19. With the development of digital payments, UMKM business actors are required to keep up with the times, namely by providing digital payment services. The research conducted aims to determine the benefits of digital payments for UMKM actors, determine the effect of digital payments on the turnover obtained, and determine the effectiveness of digital payments on UMKM, especially for coffee shop UMKM actors in Bekasi City. This study shows that digital payments provide benefits and convenience for UMKM actors and buyers, the income received after using digital payments has also increased, but this digital payment is considered ineffective because according to the results of interviews that the author conducted with business owners, buyers use online payments more. cash. Even so, not a few buyers use digital payments.
