Abstract

Instagram social media account @hanan_attaki is one of the Instagram accounts that actively uploads a variety of da'wah material in the form of photos and videos that have an influence on religious behavior among adolescents. The purpose of this study is to find out how much influence is generated from the social media account @hanan_attaki on religious behavior among adolescents, especially followers of the @hanan_attaki account itself. This research is based on the theory of individual differences which states that each individual has different decisions and responses to the media messages they receive. The research method used by researchers in this study is a survey method with a quantitative approach to the type of research that is explanatory. The sample in this study was followers of the Instagram @hanan_attaki social media account, which is a middle and late phase teenager, with an age range of 15-22 years totaling 100 respondents. The data analysis technique shows the results of the t test of 9,958> 1,660 which is the t table and the coefficient of determination test gets a result of 0.503 or 50.3%. This means that it can be concluded that 50.3% of religious behavior among adolescents is influenced by the social media Instagram @hanan_attaki.
