Abstract

Increasing the quality of educators is one of the responsibilities in today's education. With the target 4.c of SDGs related to the fulfillment of the number of qualified educators, the urgency in improving the quality of each educator is increasing too. As the target fulfillment an effort to improve the quality of educators, not infrequently the education cooperation is established to fulfill. Indonesia's shortage of problems in meeting these targets, can be fulfilled by cooperation with one of the best partner countries, South Korea. By using qualitative descriptive research method, this research aims to know and analyse the cooperation activities conducted by Indonesia which aims to improve the quality of educators, through the exchange and training of educators with South Korea. The theories and concepts of bilateral cooperative relations and sustainable development goals are used as instruments in conducting this research. Through the Exchange cooperation program and training of educators with South Korea, efforts to improve the quality of educators can be realized, and the 4. C SDGs Target can be fulfilled.
