Abstract
This study is a quantitative research aimed at examining the influence of work environment, work motivation, and job satisfaction on employee productivity at PT Triwijaya Sari. The study involved all 40 employees of PT Triwijaya Sari as respondents using a total sampling (census) method. Data analysis was conducted using the Partial Least Square-Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method with the assistance of SmartPLS version 4.0. The results indicate that: (1) work environment has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity; (2) work motivation has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity and is the most dominant variable; and (3) job satisfaction has a positive and significant effect on employee productivity at PT Triwijaya Sari. The research model explains 65% of the variation in employee productivity, as indicated by an R-square adjusted value of 0.650 or 65%.
