Abstract
The library of SMAN 37 Jakarta has utilized a website to make it easier for students to find and access information regarding book availability. However, the library of SMAN 37 Jakarta needs to evaluate the quality level of the website to ensure that its usage meets user needs. This study was conducted to measure the quality of the SMAN 37 Jakarta library website by collecting quantitative data through questionnaires and employing the Webqual 4.0 method, which consists of three indicator dimensions. The analysis results show that generally, the website's performance is already in the "very good" category across most indicators. Nevertheless, the Importance Performance Analysis results indicate that there are aspects requiring immediate improvement, specifically for indicators UQ_2 and UQ_3. This study recommends conducting periodic evaluations regarding the operational constraints faced by users, routinely updating book availability, and adding more complete book details to make it easier for students to borrow books.
