Abstract

This study aims to design and develop a web-based Business-to-Business (B2B) system for PT Hallo Indonesia to improve the management of business partners, products, and pre-order transactions. The company currently manages orders through WhatsApp and records data using spreadsheets, resulting in inefficient processes and difficulties in transaction monitoring. The system was developed using the Waterfall method, with requirements analyzed using the PIECES framework and system design modeled using Unified Modeling Language (UML). The application was built using Next.js, JavaScript, and MySQL. The study produced a web-based B2B system that integrates business partner, product, transaction, and feedback management while providing an analytical dashboard. Black Box Testing showed that all features functioned as expected. The system improves data management efficiency, accelerates information processing, and supports decision-making at PT Hallo Indonesia.
