Abstract

This final assignment analyzes the effectiveness of Kredit Fleksi credit administration at PT Bank Negara Indonesia (Persero) Tbk. Increasing consumer credit has made document management more complex, requiring an orderly and secure system. The method used is descriptive qualitative through internship observation at the credit unit Division, literature review, and documentation. Results show that administration is fairly effective through systematic procedures and structured archiving, although issues such as incomplete documents, data inconsistencies, and backlog still occur. In conclusion, effectiveness is categorized as fairly effective with improvements needed in verification, coordination, and workload management.
