Abstract

Library websites play an important role in providing access to academic information and digital library services for students. However, the library website of Universitas Pembangunan Nasional “Veteran” Jakarta still faces several limitations, including a less optimal user interface, text-heavy content, and limited feature integration. Therefore, analyzing user acceptance is necessary to support system evaluation and improvement. This study applies the Extended Technology Acceptance Model (E-TAM) and is analyzed using SmartPLS. The results show that Experience significantly influences Perceived Ease of Use, but does not significantly affect Perceived Usefulness (t-statistic = 1.300; p-value = 0.194). Furthermore, Perceived Ease of Use significantly affects Perceived Usefulness, which contributes to Attitude Toward Using. This attitude influences Behavioral Intention, which ultimately leads to Actual Use. Based on these findings, system development should focus on improving ease of use, usefulness, and user experience to enhance user acceptance and actual usage.
