Abstract

In the era of digitalization and technological innovation, the way consumers make payments continues to transform. Payment technology continues to evolve to improve efficiency, security, and convenience. One of the latest innovations gaining attention is contactless payment technology. The growth of digital payments in the post-pandemic period is expected to continue to increase. Research conducted by Inventure shows that the COVID-19 pandemic has pushed cashless, cardless, and contactless payments to become a priority for consumers when making transactions. Generation Z is very familiar with technology and tends to prioritize ease and speed in using technology. Analysis of the use of the Contactless feature shows that many users benefit from this feature.
