Abstract
Hypertension is often referred to as the silent killer because sufferers often go years without experiencing any problems or symptoms. Hypertension is a circulatory system disorder that causes blood pressure to rise above normal values, exceeding 140/90 mmHg. This study aimed to provide nursing care for patients with hypertension in the East Pejaten area. The methods used included assessment, diagnosis, intervention, implementation, and evaluation of nursing care for elderly patients under management and elderly patients with a resume in 18 30-minute sessions over 4 weeks. The results showed that music therapy was effective in controlling blood pressure decline in elderly patients. This approach can be used as a family nursing intervention strategy to foster healthier digital behaviors and improve the quality of social interactions. Keywords: Elderly, Family Nursing Care, Hypertension, Music Therapy
