Abstract
Pizza Hut is a chain restaurant and international food franchise that requires pizza, and is the first pizza restaurant in Indonesia under PT. Sarimelati Kencana. COBIT is a set of best practice documentation for IT governance that can help auditors, system users, and management in bridging organizational risk, control needs, and IT technical issues. Judging from the results of the COBIT 5 process mapping which became an evaluation point in accordance with the problems in IT overnance at Pizza Hut Delivery, it produced 5 processes or domains used in the process of determining apability level. Capability level of each process of Domain EDM02 (Ensuring Submission of Benefits) with the results of calculation 2.20, BAI06 (Managing Change) with the results of calculations. 11, BAI09 Knowledge Management) with the results of calculation 2.27, DSS01 (Managing Operations) with the results of calculations.29, and DSS03 (Managing Problems) with the results of calculations 2.39.
