Abstract
Qur’anic Early Childhood Education (PAUDQu) plays an important role in shaping children’s character and spiritual values from an early age. However, the admission process at PAUDQu Ar-Ridho is still conducted manually through paper-based registration forms, handwritten student records, and physical document storage without digital archiving. This condition causes several issues, such as data recording errors and document loss. This study aims to design and develop a web-based new student admission information system at PAUDQu Ar-Ridho as a solution to support online registration and more organized data management. The requirements analysis was conducted using the PIECES approach to identify aspects of performance, information, economy, control, efficiency, and service. The system development method used in this study is the Waterfall method, which consists of requirement analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance stages. System testing was carried out using black-box testing to ensure that all system functions operate according to user requirements. The results show that the web-based new student admission information system functions as intended. Based on the testing results, the system is able to facilitate new student registration, support the management of student and payment data, and provide accessible information for both parents or guardians and PAUDQu Ar-Ridho administrators. The main features of the system include online student registration, student data recording, registration fee payment, online re-registration, and institutional information media such as profiles, vision and mission statements, and a digital bulletin board.
