Abstract
Kedai Jabat Kopi is a business engaged in providing coffee and non-coffee beverages with a modern café concept that offers a comfortable space for both relaxation and work. In its operational activities, Kedai Jabat Kopi still faces issues in recording sales data, which are conducted manually. This often leads to errors and delays in report generation, resulting in suboptimal sales data management and decision-making by the management team. To address these issues, this study aims to design a web-based sales information system that can assist in recording, managing, and reporting data more efficiently and accurately. The development method used is the Waterfall model, which includes stages such as requirements analysis, system design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. Data were collected through observation and interviews with Kedai Jabat Kopi staff, while the system design was developed using Unified Modeling Language (UML) and the user interface was designed using Figma. The result of this research is a web-based sales information system design capable of automating transaction processes and generating sales reports.
