Abstract
This study aims to determine the effect of workload, work stress, and social support on job burnout among teachers SMK Negeri 20 Jakarta. The research employed a quantitative approach with data collected through an online questionnaire (Google Form) completed by 52 respondents. A total sampling technique was used to determine the sample. Data were analyzed using descriptive and inferential statistics with the SmartPLS 4.0 application. The tests conducted included convergent validity, discriminant validity, reliability, coefficient of determination (R²), predictive relevance (Q²), and partial hypothesis testing (t-test). The results showed that: (1) workload has a positive and significant effect on job burnout; (2) work stress has a positive and significant effect on job burnout; and (3) social support has a negative and significant effect on job burnout.
