Abstract
Hierarchy Studio is an architecture and interior design company that is pioneering its business in the creative industry. Business processes that are still carried out conventionally, such as face-to-face consultations and ordering through social media, are an obstacle in operational efficiency and expanding market reach. The research conducted aims to design and develop a website-based information system that can increase brand awareness and support Hierarchy Studio's business processes digitally. The method used is Rapid Application Development (RAD), which consists of the stages of requirements planning, system design, development, and implementation. The system was developed using the Laravel 11 framework with main features including design service booking, online consultation, portfolio management, payment system, and interactive dashboards for three types of users: customers, admins, and architectural consultants. The implementation results show that this system is expected to help work efficiency, information transparency, and expand company visibility. The presence of an integrated information system, Hierarchy Studio is expected to excel in facing competition and provide the best facilities to customers.
