Abstract
Company websites play an important role in supporting business image and effectiveness, especially in the IT industry. PT Daya Cipta Mandiri Solusi realized the need to redesign the website appearance to improve user experience and information accessibility. This research applies the User-Centered Design (UCD) method as a systematic approach to ensure that the resulting website design is in line with user needs and preferences. The redesign process involves an in-depth analysis of the current user experience and identification of problems based on usability evaluations. Evaluation methods such as System Usability Scale (SUS) and PIECES Framework were used to measure the effectiveness and the improvement of the design so that a website redesign that meets user needs and preferences can be produced. SUS score of 39.77 was obtained which fell into the Not Acceptable category on the PT Daya Cipta Mandiri Solusi website and the website redesign received an SUS score of 81.25 which indicates that the new website has entered the Acceptable criteria.
