Abstract
The writing of this final title aims to determine the utilization of Blu by BCA as a platform for saving and transactions by students of the Faculty of Economics and Business, Universitas Pembangunan Nasional Veteran Jakarta Batch 2022. This final project is motivated by the increasing use of digital banking services in the digitalization era, especially for students and the younger generation. This final project uses a quantitative approach by distributing questionnaires consisting of 18 closed statements and 2 open questions with a Likert scale of 1-5. Respondents of this final project are active students of FEB UPN Veteran Jakarta Batch 2022 who have used Blu by BCA for transactions or savings. The main objectives of this research are to analyze the use of Blu by BCA as a saving and transaction platform, identify factors that encourage and also inhibit the use of Blu by BCA, and assess the extent to which Blu by BCA features are used. The results of this final project research show that the majority of FEB UPN Veteran Jakarta Batch 2022 students use Blu by BCA for their daily saving and transaction needs.
