Abstract

This study aims to examine the influence of UTAUT and Mental Accounting perspectives, namely Performance Expectancy, Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Promotion, Expenditure Budgeting, and Consumptive Behavior on the Continuous Usage Intention of e-wallet. The population in this study is Generation Z in Jakarta. By using the snowball sampling technique, this study obtained 285 Generation Z in Jakarta as respondents. The type of research used in this study is quantitative with primary data. By using the SEM-PLS method through SmartPLS 4.1.1.4, the results of this study indicate that Performance Expectancy and Expenditure Budgeting have a significant positive effect on continuous usage intention of e-wallet, while Effort Expectancy, Social Influence, Facilitating Conditions, Promotion, and Consumptive Behavior have no effect on the Continuous Usage Intention of e-wallet.
