Abstract

In the ever-evolving digital era, various business sectors, including the culinary industry, face challenges in improving efficiency and service quality. Rumah Makan Kampung Kecil Bojongsari in Depok is one of the popular dining places, with an average of 50–70 customers on weekdays and 150 on holidays. The operational process is still carried out manually, from recording orders to payment, which causes long queues and increases the risk of order errors. To address this issue, the researcher proposes a web-based information system to support table reservations and online food ordering. The Waterfall method is used in the development of this system, which includes the stages of requirements analysis, design, implementation, testing, and maintenance. This system is designed to accelerate operational processes and reduce queues. Based on black box testing conducted by four testers on a total of 124 scenarios, the success rate of all tests reached 100%. The system is considered suitable for use by both customers and administrators. The research results show that the system can automate the reservation and ordering process, improve operational efficiency, and provide a better customer experience. An admin panel feature is also available to facilitate the management of customer data, orders, and reservations, as well as assist management in monitoring performance and making decisions. With the implementation of this system, Rumah Makan Kampung Kecil Bojongsari can minimize operational errors, adapt to technological developments, and significantly enhance customer satisfaction.
