Abstract
Website of SMA Negeri 11 Bekasi has never evaluated the information technology it has, which allows for several problems from the usability aspect that are not yet known. The purpose of this study is to determine the usability and user experience aspects of the SMA Negeri 11 Bekasi website. This study uses the System Usability Scale (SUS) and User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) methods by distributing data using a google form to 310 respondents who are website users. The results of the usability test obtained through the System Usability Scale (SUS) for the running website and the redesigned website showed an increase in score from 44 to 71.3, so that the score was included in the ‘Good’ category, which indicated satisfactory results. The evaluation conducted through the User Experience Questionnaire (UEQ) for the running website and the redesigned website resulted in the following score differences: efficiency level of 2.09, followed by stimulation level of 1.02, attractiveness level of 2.08, accuracy of 1.98, novelty of 1.83, and clarity of 2.14. These results illustrate that user satisfaction with the SMA Negeri 11 Bekasi website reflects a positive user experience, because all scale levels have exceeded the standard limit of 0.8.
