Abstract
Work-life balance is crucial for nurses' performance and job satisfaction. This balance can be influenced by the work environment. The study aims to analyze the relationship between the work environment and work-life balance among nurses at Moh. Ridwan Meuraksa Hospital. The research employs a quantitative approach, focusing on all nurses in the inpatient wards, totaling 116 individuals. A total sampling technique was used for sampling. Data collection involved distributing questionnaires, which were analyzed using the chi-square test. The results indicate a significant relationship between the work environment and work-life balance (p value < 0.05). It can be concluded that nurses working in a supportive environment tend to have a better work-life balance compared to those in a poor work environment. The management of Moh. Ridwan Meuraksa Hospital is encouraged to create a supportive work environment to enhance nurses' well-being and improve their performance quality.
