Abstract
This study aims to examine the influence of work-life balance, physical work environment, and diversity management on organizational citizenship behavior (OCB) among employees of Metrodata Academy Jakarta. The research adopts quantitative approach, involving 52 respondents as the sample. Data analysis techniques include descriptive and inferential methods, processed using SmartPLS 4.0 software. The findings reveal that: (1) work-life balance significantly affects organizational citizenship behavior, (2) the physical work environment does not have a significant effect on organizational citizenship behavior, and (3) diversity management significantly influences organizational citizenship behavior. Theoretically and practically, this study is expected to contribute to the development of human resource management knowledge and serve as a reference for decision-making in addressing relevant issues.
