Abstract
This study examines how PT. Sinar Utama Jaya Abadi employees perform in terms of their work environment, salary, and training. The analysis's findings, which used a quantitative approach and included a poll of 97 participants, showed that both the work environment and salary had a significant impact on employee performance. However, there was no visible influence from the instruction. These findings suggest that companies must improve working conditions and give fair compensation in order to improve employee performance. To improve future performance, proper policies must be implemented while developing relevant training programs.
