Abstract

This research is a quantitative study conducted with the aim of knowing the effect of Work Environment, Motivation and Organizational Culture. The research was conducted using 50 samples of permanent employees at Bank Mega KCP Saharjo Jakarta. Sample selection using probability sampling, which is a permanent employee of the operational division of Bank Mega KCP Saharjo Jakarta. Data processing was carried out using SmartPLS 4.0 by applying SEM-PLS analysis techniques, with a significance level of 0.05. The results obtained from the test are (1) Non-Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, (2) Motivation has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance, and (3) Organizational Culture has no influence and is not significant to Employee Performance.
