Abstract

The development of Islamic People's Financing Banks in Indonesia is currently undergoing various product innovations, thus creating competition between other BPRS. In the Composition of Third Party Funds (DPK), one of which is Wadiah Savings, BPRS needs to develop products in order to create competitive advantages through better product quality. This study aims to answer the question of how effective the strategy used by PT BPRS Amanah Ummah is, so that this study can provide input for product development and be used as evaluation material in marketing the wadiah savings product. This study is qualitative with a Business Model Canvas approach accompanied by a SWOT analysis. The results of this study indicate that PT BPRS Amanah Ummah Wadiah Savings is in quadrant II (growth and build) based on SWOT analysis and the IE matrix. The recommended strategy is a growth-oriented strategy, which utilizes strengths to explore new opportunities. This strategy includes improving personal services by Funding Officers, developing digital banking, and promoting through social media such as TikTok.
