Abstract

The use of digital health apps increased rapidly during the COVID-19 pandemic as a solution to meet healthcare needs in a practical and safe manner. Post-pandemic, public interest in health applications, including Halodoc, remains a major concern, given the role of these applications in providing efficient access to health services. So that the purpose of this study is to find out, prove, and analyze the effect of Perceived Ease, Perceived Benefits, and Trust on Interest in Using the Halodoc Application. The sample in this study were 100 people aged 17 years and over and knew and had used the Halodoc application at least once in the DKI Jakarta area, using the stratified random sampling method. This study uses the Partial Least Square Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM) method to analyze data, using SmartPLS version 4.0. The results showed that perceived convenience has no effect on interest in use, perceived benefits affect interest in use, and trust affects interest in use.
