Abstract

Attributes of the product is everything attached and accompanying the product, the product attributes is one of the important elements that can encourage consumers to buy product, the better the product attributes that consumers will be more interested in buying the product. Knowledge of product attributes will influence consumer decision making. Customer satisfaction occurs when expectations of consumers have fulfilled. Hope not static because consumers are social beings that interact and adapt to changes in the internal environment and eksternal. Artribut product is the manifestation of consumer expectations. So that consumers' assessment of the level of importance of product attributes can be changed. This study aims to identify and analyze the effect signufikan product attributes (quality, branding, packaging, and labels) on purchase decisions kosmetik. with Simple Regression method. Sampling conducted at the University of National Development "Veteran" Jakarta with respondent students UPN "VETERAN" Jakarta. By using SPSS 17. The sample used in this study as many as 100 people. The results showed that the product attributes have a strong and positive impact on purchasing decisions cosmetic products. The results achieved in this study are expected to be taken into consideration for the advancement of the company and beneficial to the author.
