Abstract

Human Resources Management (HRM) is central to shaping officer behavior, including Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB). High loyalty and commitment to the organization are traits expecte d by all superiors or leaders. Based on observations and a brief initial survey conducted by researchers, many employees often complain, lack motivation, and do not care about the work environment and duties at the Directorate General of Corrections, Minis try of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia. This research aims to analyze the influence of competence and social support on Organizational Citizenship Behavior (OCB) with the mediation of organizational culture. The sample of respondents used in this research was 219 employees of the Directorate General of Corrections, Ministry of Law and Human Rights of the Republic of Indonesia through questionnaires and quantitative methods with descriptive data analysis techniques using the SmartPLS versio n 3 tool. This research shows that competence, social support, and organizational culture influence OCB. Competence and social support influence organizational culture. Organizational culture can mediate competence and social support for OCB at the Directo rate General of Corrections.
