Abstract
Puskesmas Sentosa Baru provides general clinic, elderly clinic, mother and child clinic, and dental clinic services. Health services at Puskesmas Sentosa Baru still use a manual system in the process. Patient registration is carried out by patients having to come to the Puskesmas and register using two events to Puskesmas employees, namely through a website that is integrated with the BPJS system for BPJS patients and using forms for general patients. After that, the patient will queue after the registration process is complete. In the process of processing and storing data, they still use paper documents that are prone to loss, damage, and take a long time to find when needed. Therefore, it is necessary to build a hospital management system (SIMRS) that can support Puskesmas services. The purpose of this research is to develop a web-based hospital management information system (SIMRS) that can help Sentosa Baru Health Center in providing services to the community. The method used in developing the system is the waterfall method. The system will be built using MySQL database and Laravel framework. The result of this research is a hospital management information system for Puskesmas that can facilitate Puskesmas Sentosa Baru in providing effective health services.
