Abstract
Every university has a Learning Management System to support lecture activities. One of the universities, namely Institut Teknologi Budi Utomo (ITBU) has a Learning Management System called ITBU Virtual. This study aims to determine the value of the influence between variables related to ITBU Virtual with the UTAUT 2 method with nine variables from the method. In addition, there are moderating variables used, namely age, gender, and experience. PLS-SEM is a method used also in analyzing the data of this study. The sample used, namely students and lecturers with a total of 303 respondents. Data processing uses the SmartPLS application so that the value of the influence of exogenous variables on endogenous variables is known. The results of this study can be seen from the hypothesis that has been tested regarding the significance and value of the path coefficient. There is a significant inter-variable influence on the latent variables, namely the performance expectancy variable on behavioral intention with a value of 0.222, the hedonic motivation variable on behavioral intention with a value of 0.213, the habit variable on behavioral intention with a value of 0.367, and the behavioral intention variable with use behavior with a value of 0.834. The results of this study can be made a recommendation in the form of a redesign using the Figma application.
